Jaw Bone Found in Aruba Doesn’t Belong to Natalee Holloway

A jawbone found washed up on an Aruban beach earlier this month has been confirmed to be a “jane doe,” and not that of Natalee Holloway, the American teen who disappeared back in 2005 as an 18 year old on a senior vacation from Alabama.

DNA test done on the jawbone which still included one molar proved to not be that of Natalee, bringing no new news to a case that has been ongoing for the past five years.

Hopefully they will find something soon, to give her famliy a little bit of closure.

The man accused of abducting Natalee, Joran Van Der Sloot, is currently locked up in a prison in Peru for the murder of another girl. He was released without charge in the Holloway case.
