Lovato is in rehab for “personal issues” which surfaced after she assault one of her backup dancers. Now while still in treatment an older picture has hit the net of Lovato flashing her cleavage. Actually someone else is flashing it for her. The one in front is none other than Alex Welch the dancer that Lovato assaulted. Speculations have been flying as to whether the pic is real or not.
