Machete is on his way back to the big screen!
After a successful first film, Robert Rodriguez’s ‘Machete’ is set to kick some more ass in a sequel to the 2010 film.
The film already has the tentative title of “Machete Kills” and a tagline of (“This time, they f**ked with the wrong Mexican!”) This time, Machete will take on a whole Army, and though nothing is set in stone yet, including the cast and Trejo himself, they are hoping to get it all together and start by April.
The famous character played by Trejo was introduced by Rodriguez in a fake movie trailer attached to his ‘Grindhouse’ project with Quentin Tarantinio.
