The Jury in the Nicolette Sheridan vs. Desperate Housewives case was unable to reach a verdict, resulting in a mistrial.
But it’s far from over! Team Nicolette believes that they can win this one still, as her lawyer revealed that the verdict came in 8 to 4 in favor of Nicolette, just one vote shy of the 9 needed for things to swing her way.
While they could just settle out of court, this case is something that she’s been dead set on since originally filing the suit against DH creator Marc Cherry and ABC.
Round two will likely be initiated shortly.
