Kim Kardashian busted this police officer texting and driving this morning by taking a twitpic and posting it to her timeline with the following caption; – “A cop texting & driving in the car next to us! This disturbs me! What do u guys think?”
First of all we think this guy is not a cop. He’s driving a brown car and his outfit looks more like that of a parks and recreation. Regardless, it’s still illegal to text and drive in California and many other states, and the two actual police cars we saw parked right in a red zone outside of The Saddle Ranch on Sunset Blvd in LA this weekend while the officers enjoyed a little lunch at a nearby table proves the point that law enforcement does take advantage of being above the law.
The real question is what do you think he was typing on that blackberry!
