Good always prevails over evil.

In this case, I’m not quite sure who’s good and who’s evil, but Girls Gone Wild creator and former prison bitch, Joe Francis, finally had a law suit go in his favor for once.
Frances was being sued by Ashley Dupre, who claimed that GGW used footage of her when she was 17 for one of their videos. Her age proved that she would have in fact been 17 at the time.
Girls gone wild quicky re-surfaced the cut from DVD footage, in which case Dupre informed the producers that her name was Amber Arpaio, and that she was in deed 18 years of age. Dupre later showd an ID card with that same name on it.
Francis claimed that Dupre was on the GGW bus for about a week, and made 7 DVD’s with the company.
Now that Dupre is famous for being one of the call girls in former New York Governor, Elliot Spitzer’s scandal, she has since withdrawn the suit against Francis and his company.
TMZ caught up with Francis this past week and asked him about the suit being dropped and his response was priceless. Says Francis;
“The filing of the lawsuit was a serious lapse of judgment on her part. I never did understand how I could possibly damage the reputation of a hooker … This isn’t the first time I’ve faced false allegations against me. But the truth invariably comes out, as I knew it would in this case. I am happy to, once again, be completely vindicated.”
When asked by photographers about the dropping of the case he replied, “Come on guys…she’s a hooker!”
