Burger King Rags on Jessica Simpson
This ad aired during last Sunday’s NFL on Fox pre-game segment. It was Burger King’s cartoon centered around the Dallas Cowboys and the once relationship of Tony Romo and Jessica Simpson.
Like the rest of us, Burger King went right after Jessica Simpson’s weight.
“Man, I still can’t believe Tony dated Jessica Simpson, even AFTER she blew up bigger than Flozell Adams!” Said a cartoon version of Cowboy Marrion Barber.
Adds tight end toon Jason Witten; “Unlike Tony, at least Jessica comes up big when it counts!”
A cartoon version of coach Wade Phillips even got in on the jokes, comparing Jessica to a defensive tackle!
Somewhere out there, Jessica Simpson is weaping at the fact it would be morally wrong for her to ever eat a Whopper again.
At least she still has the big mac!
Should Burger King be stepping on toes like this though?
