Tila to Sue Over Unauthorized Sex Clip
Reality TV personality Tila Tequila is threatening to take legal action if a short 10 second video of her performing a sex act on a man isn’t removed from the internet immediately.
Tila is no stranger to taking it all of for the internet to see, as she’s posed for numerous shoots over the years, and even stripped down to a live audience one late night last week in which she did all sorts of bizarre things.
But when someone else stands to make a profit from her? She’s raising the red flag.
Tila is suing pornography website 4Tube.com for posting the clip of her and the unidentified man, which she claims was taken from a computer that she reported stolen back in 2007.
Tila’s attorney sent the site a cease and desist letter, and it’s up to them on whether they want to remove the clip or face the concequences.
So far, it’s still there…
