Miley Cyrus has been spotted all over town carrying this fluffy pup this weekend.   Yes, always carrying it.

The thing is pretty darn big to be carrying though!

Here we spotted Miley lugging her new four legged friend to the Maxfield shopping center.

Whats even more strange is the bikini (underwear?) clad Barbie that rests on her dash board in her car. Check it out in the first photo below.
