Christina Aguilera is on the defense after a website posted photos of Aguilera and her son Max with what appears to be a black eye.
The headline read: “CHILD ABUSE???? CHRISTINA AGUILERA’S SON IS PHOTO’D WITH A BLACK EYE!!!”
Aguilera is considering legal action against the site, and her lawyer Eric Greenspan has fired off a legal letter saying “To imply that she had something to do with this incident, without any investigation on your part whatsoever, is reckless and unconscionable.”
Greenspan has threatened legal action, but the site removed all implications of child abuse.
Aguilera claims her son Max got the black eye when he fell playing in the park.
Seems pretty reasonable for a kid, they fall all the time!
