Spencer Pratt posted to his Twitter yesterday; “The doctor just woke me up with a call saying I need to go to the hospital because the test I took show signs of low blood platelets!” But it’s now being revealed that those results came as part of a planned physical from NBC. Oh lord… Spencer Pratt has released a rap song this morning in preparation for his stint on reality game show “I’m a Celebrity, Get Me Out of Here!” Obvi it’s not good or anything, but at least that’s consistent with his wife’s music! The track, “I’m a Celebrity” features about 10 too many mentions of Twitter, and has Pratt referring to himself as “The Senator.” Check it out below…

Spencer Sad to See Lauren Leave The Hills.

Spencer Pratt isn’t happy that Lauren Conrad has announced this will be her final season of The Hills, because he’s going to have to find someone new to pick on. He tells E! at last nights Star Magazine Hot Hollywood party, “I’m actually very depressed, who am I gonna beef out with? I gotta find some new enemy on the show.” For some reason I dont think he’ll have much trouble finding a new enemy. Most people in this town would love the opporotunity.

Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag taped a segment for The View this morning to air on Friday the 13th, while The View is in LA shooting for this week. Pratt uploaded the above photo to his new twitter page, and attributes ‘working out on the beach’ to the reason his hair is so light.
