Work it Out With Heidi Montag

Anything for a buck and some face time!

Heidi Montag is the latest celeb who will be releasing a downloadable workout series with the help of her personal trainer, Chad Waterbury.

Montag claims that she works out for 90 minutes a day 5 days a week with a strength and conditioning coach, and thats how she achieves her curves.

Funny, because I thought her curves were achieved from the money she got paid for The Hills and the help of a good plastic surgeon.

Heidi is also apparently gearing up for her first live music performance.  Lord helps us all when that goes down!
