Fergie vs. Fergie Had A Happy Ending

What happened when Fergie crossed paths with Fergie?  You might be surprised.

Appearing on Piers Morgan’s CNN now, Sarah Furgeson, who was famously dubbed “Fergie” when she married Prince Andrew back in 1986 becoming the Dutchess of York told the host the tale of the time she almost sought legal action against the Black Eyed Peas singer who went by the same name.

“When the Black Eyed Peas (frontwoman) tried to copyright Fergie, I rang her and said, ‘You’re trying to copyright Fergie, you’ve got an album called The Dutchess, excuse me, leave me something!’.”

“I said, ‘You know what, come and sing for my charity,’ and she did. She came and sang for The Sarah Ferguson Foundation at Wall Street. Amazing. And we raised a lot of money for building school(s), and her mum is a teacher.”

Why can’t more disputes be so easily resolved?

Well, it’s nice that everything was settled nicely! In several cases, it’s best to talk it out first and see if a convenient solution can be reached.
