According to a new report on RumorFix, the tentative boxing match between Drake and Chris Brown will not be happening, and according to the boxing promoter who was trying to make it happen, Damon Feldman, it’s becasue Drake want’s no part of Chris Brown in the ring.
Both Feldman and billionaire Alki David offered Brown and Drake $5 million dollars each to square off for three rounds in Los Vegas, and Brown told the site himself last month that he was open to the idea. Feldman is now telling the site, “Drake won’t box. He said he doesn’t want to go that route. So basically he punked out. There will be no fight now.”
Brown and Drake, along with their entourages were involved in an altercation inside a New York nightclub back in June. Feldman added,“The boxing match would have settled the grudge and helped charities. I’m pissed because Chris Brown wanted this and everything was set!”
Take this with a grain of salt though, as a rep for Chris Brown has reported that his client was never offered money for the match, and even if he was, he would not have boxed in the match.
